Student travel grants

BioNLP-ST 2016 offers student grants to cover workshop or conference and workshop registration expenses.

Grants are funded by ELIAS (Evaluating Information Access Systems) network through the ESF Research Funding Programmes and by INRA (French Institute for Research in Agronomy) scientific department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science.

Application

To apply, prepare an archive containing the following documents:

• 1. Grant Application document

  2. Letter of support from your supervisor

  3. Scan of your student ID

The Grant Application Document is a single page that contains the following information:

• • Full name, address, university.

  • Date of start and topic of your PhD.

  • Short resume describing your current research and publications related to the BioNLP-ST 2016.

  • Argument on the benefits to you for attending the workshop.

Preference will be given to students who have papers accepted at the BioNLP-ST 2016 workshop.

The application archive must be sent to: Robert.Bossy@jouy.inra.fr with the subject line: Application for Travel grant for BioNLP-ST 2016.
